Pakistan sold a 75% stake in Pakistan International Airlines for PKR 135 billion (~$483m) to a consortium led by Arif Habib, with the buyer able to buy the remaining 25% within 90 days. The investor must invest PKR 80 billion over five years and 92.5% of the 75% sale proceeds go to the airline.
Aeroform Ltd acquired a 29.9% stake in EML Consultants PLC for Rs. 116.1 million, purchasing 27 million shares at Rs. 4.30 each. EML has 90.9 million shares outstanding and reported a net asset value per share of Rs. 2.11 at end-September 2025; Avanthi Jayatilake holds 51%.
