JAT Holdings' subsidiary JAT Exports DMCC has acquired Mirotone (NZ) Limited for over AUD4.0 million (AUD2.5m for 100% purchase plus AUD1.5m for working capital, modernization and relaunch). The deal includes IP, brands and a NZ market-leading wood coatings business (>60% share) and will complete shortly.

Volt Charge, a subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC, won a 2025 Australian Good Design Award (Product Design) for its Volt Charge Level 2 EV Charger. JAT Holdings PLC launched Hydro+, a next-generation waterproofing paint using UV-cross-linking Acrylic-PUD technology designed for superior durability in Sri Lanka's tropical climate. Hydro+ is formulated to resist intense sun, heavy rain, humidity, algae and fungus, bridge hairline cracks and reduce dirt pickup.
The ASPI rose about 7% in August, closing the month at 20,997.36 after a 197.10-point (0.95%) gain on the final day. Top contributors included Ceylinco Holdings, Senkadagala Finance and Richard Pieris; turnover was around Rs.7.4bn, led by consumer services and financials, with foreign net inflows of Rs.184.1m.

JAT Holdings PLC (JAT) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public that the exercise period of the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) of JAT has been extended by a further Six (06) months resulting in the Exercise Period being valid till 11th February 2026, is approved by the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
JAT Holdings (JAT.N0000) is in talks for a potential acquisition to expand its global footprint, the company said in a CSE filing. JAT reported FY25 operating profit up 37% to Rs.1.86bn and net profit up 74% to Rs.1.78bn on revenue of Rs.11.6bn; Bangladesh exports fell 26%.
