In terms of the disclosure provisions of the Listing Rules No. 08 of the Colombo Stock Exchange, we write to inform you that Fitch Rating has affirmed the National Long-Term Rating of Housing Development Finance Corporation Bank of Sri Lanka (HDFC) at “BB+(lka)” while revising the Bank’s outlook to Negative from Stable effective from 15th August 2025.
