Ambeon Holdings (GREG.N0000) will sell its wholly owned subsidiary Taprobane Capital Plus to parent Ambeon Capital (TAP.N0000) for Rs. 2.02 billion. The board approved the transaction on 11 Nov 2025, with transfer due within 30 days and the value set by an independent valuation as part of a restructuring to consolidate the group's financial services.
Dankotuwa Porcelain (DPL) increased its public shareholding to 34.98% as of 30 Sep 2025, up from 12.57% three months earlier. The float rose after Ambeon Holdings divested its 22.41% stake; float-adjusted market cap rose to Rs.1.08bn and public shareholders to 6,532.

Ambeon Holdings (GREG.N0000) appointed Ruwan Keragala, Chief Operating Officer of MAS Intimates, as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Keragala is COO of Sri Lanka’s largest exporter (~$1bn revenue) and previously served as Finance Director of MAS Intimates, with an MBA from Imperial College.
Ambeon Capital said it will make a mandatory offer to buy the remaining 6,621,377 ordinary voting shares (18.27%) of Myland Developments at Rs 8.50 a share. The move follows earlier purchases that, with concert parties, raised the group’s holding to 81.73%, triggering the takeover code.
